Community Almanac

Killingly, located in Windham County, CT, was incorporated as a town in 1708. It once included lands from Plainfield CT to the Massachusetts line. The town has significant water resources and a rich history of mill based activities. It still retains many of these mill villages along with a variety of other businesses today.
